I believe in human centered design applied in all realms: digital, physical, service, organizations and the instances in which they overlap. I believe in the power of empathy to uncover problems, opportunities and solutions that cure true ailments while seamlessly integrating into a persons life. 

I believe in seeing beyond 'users', seeing people; humans in all of their complexity.
